Grounding exercise:
Sit in a comfortable position on a couch or chair with both feet flat on the floor. The hands you can place on your heart or landscape with palms down on thighs. Close your eyes and sit very relaxed.
First take 6 deep and slow breaths. You breathe in through your nose and spinnaker your lungs COMPLETELY out ... the air must be completely down in the "belly", ie. the bottom of the lung, then blow you looong slowly out through your mouth (you may want to say a silent breath sound) ....
So you take another 6 deep breaths (more if you are easily stressed), where you imagine that the light entering in through the top of your head when you breathe in through your nose ...... and when you breathe out through your mouth do you light flowing out through your feet ... and faces into the ground. In this way, restore / strengthen your grounding.
You can blah. Imagine that you form a large root system like a big old tree in the ground and the light flowing into the ground through this root. When you can feel a faint buzzing, weak pulsating sensation in the foot, then you have grounded / grounding. You can now start the actual meditation.
